I have worked as a propane delivery driver and helped on service calls. It was time for service and was not impressed with services performed by a Brockville dealer. I live in Portland and noticed Carleton Ref. signs in my area. I went into their offices in Carleton Place. Cut to the chase. They inspect my furnace and if it is in good repair I can join the gold plan. 24/7 service (including parts and a free annual inspection) Wait for it, $33.?? Per month. That’s less than I paid for my last service call with another dealer. Oh by the way, Troy (service guy) was well groomed, in a professional uniform and driving a well marked company vehicle. He also knew his stuff. The company also sent a picture of him prior to his service call. Excellent idea for more vulnerable customers. I AM IMPRESSED. J P Laviolette Portland Ont.
