Milo in Port Coquitlam

When our sewer backed up, we called Milani to clear it. Not only did they clear it, they found the cause (roots from a tree on City of Vancouver land that was damaging the sewer line) and went out of their way to prove to the city that it was the City who was responsible, and that it wasn't one of the trees on our property that had damaged the city sewer lines. They saved us $6,000 in sewer replacement which the city had wanted to charge us.

A couple of years back, we ordered a leather sofa & loveseat set from United Furniture Warehouse and were told that it would take about four weeks to be manufactured and delivered because we had purchased the higher quality leather. Four weeks went by and the company never contacted us. Another two weeks went by and we called them. They didn't have the sofas ready, they told us, but they did have some similar ones available, and would we take those instead, they asked us? We refused. Is it so difficult to believe that we actually wanted the sofas we purchased in the first place? It was another two weeks for a total before they actually delivered them to us! Wouldn't recommend it!
