Musty odor in basement. Nobody could identify.
Mr Rankin identified the odor immediately but nevertheless investigated exterior walls in basement, taking readings along the way, and explaining what he detected. Sat down with us and suggested solutions. Later on, work was performed by a third party, one of several he recommended. The primary work has been performed and it appears that the odor has been eliminated.
