At 10:30pm on the May long weekend, I could not open the door to my house. The key was going in, turning but the latch was not opening. It was late on a long weekend, who could I call that would not charge me a lot of money? Who would even be around? I phoned ASAP Lock service because they are literally up the street from where I live. Patrick was in the city and able to come over right then. He came, opened my door and fixed the piece that was broken. Thankfully he had the part with him! Not only did he fix my door, he also explained why it didn't open. He took out his tools to right the problem of the previous owners. I was very thankful that Patrick was available on such short notice and he did not charge me an arm and a leg since it was literally an emergency!
