We have used SG3 for several years now. They were happy to consult on what we really needed and set us up with an easy to use wireless system. They're very responsive to issues and questions. When issues arose they were there that day or the next, i.e. when a battery pack on the panel turned out faulty they dropped by next day over lunch to replace the pack - no charge. The monitoring company they use are also on the ball, calling me to check after I took the panel offline to paint, or when there's an outage to the phone line. Overall great company, really good personal service, and the fees are very reasonable.

We first met Laurenzo when we called for a furnace check and maintenance for our new home. He was very friendly, pro, and really helpful with ideas about what the next steps were for our home. Next we got him to replace our hot water tank - he was frank and honest about what was available and what we needed, and helped us zero in on what actually suited our needs without pressing more expensive or high-end stuff that wouldn't be the right fit. The install was on time, quick, reasonable $$, and pro. So of course we called Westmount for our gas line install for our new gas stove. The guys came early, they worked quickly and cleanly (and cleaned up great). They even brought their own (better) connecting line for the stove, and they installed the stove as well for me and made sure it was working right. Laurenzo is a pro in every way, and really cares about what works for you. I don't hesitate to recommend Westmount to everyone (already sent my neighbours to them). They are locked-in as our maintenance guys and we will also be using them for any new HVAC services we need in future.

Our stove quit on the holiday Monday - with a suspicious smell in the basement by the electrical box. Called Harman at about noon, and he offered to fit us in that very night! The 240 breaker was indeed loose and causing trouble. He tightened it up to safe operation but the stove was still done in. Harm didn't push work we didn't need - he offered to replace the line if we really wanted, but since this was the last straw and we were getting gas installed ASAP, it wasn't necessary. (We just lived without a stove for a week.) And he also put in the new plug we needed for the incoming gas stove. Everything right and tight that same evening, reasonable fees, and good cleanup. He was also very aware and communicative about safety with my little daughter home in the house, which we appreciated. I would recommend Harm to anyone, and we will definitely be calling him for the next stage of our reno - installation on the pot lights for our kitchen.
