R B S Appliances and Electronics (now on Prescott Street in Kemptville) have very knowledgeable service people. They fixed both my stereo and fridge with very little effort, both on time and within my budget. They also guarantee their work.

My overall experience with Home Hardware is that it is a hands on business, where they know their product. The store is small enough so that they know where everything is - but big enough that I can get everything that I want.
