When our old 2-ton heat pump became unreliable, I contacted Denoco Energy Systems for information on the new Fujitsu Heat Pumps. Dennis,the owner. quickly came over, explained the efficiency of the new technology, analysed our requirements, and provided us with various options. He also provided interesting solutions to address other heat-related issues in our century-old house. The units were ordered and installed 2 weeks later on an extremely cold February day. The installers were very competent and professional; they explained the operations of the units clearly and answered all our questions. They later returned to pick up the old unit and install a programmable thermostat in our bedroom. Through a miscommunication, Denoco agreed to absorb most of the cost the latter. We are very pleased with the heat pumps and the service we received from Denoco. We are actually thinking of installing a third unit to heat another part of the house.
