I asked for quotes from 5 contractors.VDR Renovations was the most prompt in responding, the did a site visit within 48 hours. They listened to my requirements , made some suggestions and with 1 hour I received a written quote, followed by contact complete with customer legal rights document. Very impressed with the professionalism of that process. The workmanship was superb and the project was completely in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend VDR Renovations.

Needed urgent service, the agent at the booking office went on top and above to find a technician that could meet my tight schedule Technician was prompt, courteous and helpful .

after the driveway sealant dried I was able to do a full inspection, unfortunately I had already paid in full. There are gaps that we were not filled with sand and areas missed with the sealant. I called Andrew ( owner/manager) and reported the defects and he promised to fix them. After a week of waiting for the company to show up, I made a follow up call, this went on for 3 weeks, I finally gave up. lessons learnt: 1) do use First Choice Interlocking ( Hamilton) again 2) don't pay in full until final inspection is completed and you are satisfied.
