I had a cracked pipe on my hot tub. Went to hardwood and ordered new pipes, which they said I could not just order the one. They glued all the pipes together before installing and realized they could not install them that way. Glued pipes do not come apart so I was stuck re-ordering the pipes over again. As the other comment says they don't know what their doing and also their very rude people.
