We were referred to Jon by a family friend, and were very impressed with him even at the interview stage. We wanted to build a custom laneway home for a family member, and he listened and paid attention to our wants and needs. We chose to have Jon manage the project end to end, and were never disappointed. He was on top of things throughout, and there were never any scheduling delays with his crew, sub-trades, or even city inspectors. His long term relationship with his crew and sub-trades was clearly evident. As this was a custom home it was appreciated how well he worked with the architect too. The quality of construction and attention to detail was above average, and we continue to receive compliments on our home from everyone that visits. The project was on time and on budget, and we would highly recommend Jon and Rain City Renovations (and have already done so many times).
