I called HeatEx New Year's morning when my furnace stopped working. Tony walked me through steps until I got the furnace operating. I called again Monday morning to say there were still problems. He said he'd be there between noon and 1 pm. He arrived at noon and replaced the pump. Everything working fine now. Russel
