There was some water leaking from the bottom of my water heater and I called Reliance customer service for assistance. John was the technician who came over to assist. After checking, he recommended the installation of a new water heater. This was done within the same day and all within 2 hours or so. I'm very happy with the services provided by John - he was punctual, efficient, thorough in his job, and professional. Really appreciated the quality of his work. I needed to have my furnace and humidifier serviced as it has been a while since this was done. John was the technician who attended to this. He was courteous, professional and did a thorough job. He also pointed out the areas in the furnace that could be problematic due to age of the furnace and provided some advice on things to consider.
