Company gave us a quote to repoint bricks along house and also to repoint our chimney. We were under the impression the work was done as we paid the invoice given. This week we had roofers replacing our roof to comment on the dangerous chimney that we felt was already repointed. Contacted MacGillivary Masonry to have him respond that he did not complete the job because he felt he underquoted his rates. I have both the quote, photographs to document the chimney (you can see straight through it in spots) as well as a voicemail from the owner in which he says he will not work with us. I am no expert but to me, it doesn't look like any work was done on this chimney.
