Russ came as requested for a second opinion on a furnace issue. (No heat). I found him to be honest and straight forward. Curtis and Wayne did a furnace replacement the following morning. Extremely tidy and professional install. Excellent explanation on our new thermostat from Wayne. Curtis did a thorough explanation of what was completed and did a good walk through of furnace operation. I would highly recommend them.
