when i was shopping for a sectional, my customer service representative not only helped me look at different options, she even helped me move some couches around into the layout that could be a possible layout for my loft. she was amazing! later, while waiting for delivery for my sectional, david was professional and attentive to my needs. this company is pretty topnotch when it comes to customer service.
