I called Gotcha when I suspected squirrels were living in my walls. Ken came out and determined they were coming in from multiple areas and was able to do all the work to replace roof vents, cover chimneys, install the one way door, etc. on the same day. Ken was also very responsive every time I emailed to say they were still there. It was a new house for me but an old house for this family of squirrels who did not like being evicted. The level of service was exceptional and I would highly recommend this company. I am happy to say my house is squirrel free.

I highly recommend Don for all pre-purchase home inspections! We had Don complete 2 home inspections in as many weeks during our search for our new home and were very happy with the results. Don is very knowledgeable and was not bothered by the never ending questions we asked. In addition to the home inspections I feel we received an education as well. Don's comments, both in person and in the report, helped us avoid a very costly money pit and end up with the perfect house for us. I highly recommend accompanying Don on any inspection he does as you will learn a lot. Don takes the time to explain the things he's looking at and lets you know if it's something that needs to be addressed immediately or sometime in the future.
