Bruce was a persistent salesman, they installed the furnace and air conditioner promptly and neatly. The furnace is working great, not the season for the air conditioner, but when they tested it, it was very quiet. This was the best price, we checked out two other companies. My neighbours have now also bought a furnace from Thomson.
