Oven just stopped working when it was turned on. I called a few places I had previously done business with and there wasnt anyone available for a few weeks. Found a review for JSN on HomeStars which I have used before, so I felt reasonably confident in the service. Called on a Friday afternoon - JSN took down the particulars and Model # and called back in a few minutes to say that their Technician Sam would be available to come out the same day but later in the evening. Sam called when he was on his way & arrived on time. The part was replaced neat & tidy. Thanks Sam Will def use this service again.

Old AC stopped working last week - called Gary right away as he is our go-to furnace repair guy. We spoke & decided that we needed a bit bigger AC unit. Gary & his sons showed up at the house 2 days later as they had previous commitments & installed the new AC unit that afternoon - just in time for another couple of Hot days. Gary was referred to me by a friend and we have been using him ever since to repair our furnace & AC. He has installed a new furnace for us in the last few years, along with the recent AC unit. He is fair in his analysis of problem and resolution. He has twice worked out a payment plan that works for both of us - which is always an added bonus. Thanks to Gary & his sons for their quick response & great service.
