After many years without a handrail on the outside stairs we decided to have one installed. Omega was recommended by friends who were happy with their installation some years ago. Oshri from Omega came to our house but faced a challenge: having planted a hedge and flowerbeds through the years we had little room left for a railing. He came up with a creative and at the same time practical solution as to where to position it. Some weeks later the handrail was installed accordingly and I am happy with the result. It's been a pleasant experience to work with the Omega staff, from Office (Ricki) to Advisor (Oshri) to the crew who did the installing. A job well done!
