We were very disappointed with this company. It was expensive and they did not do a good job on either of the two projects. They put a layer of concrete over our existing garage floor, and four long cracks developed within two months. Their fix was to hide the cracks with a layer of epoxy paint. The patio was worse. They assured us they could lay the stones on sand over our existing patio. The grout didn't set properly and although they eventually sent a worker to try to fix it, in both cases they were relatively inexperienced and lacked supervision. The owner says he will "try" come back next year, but will not put that in writing. Very poor.

Company Response

Let us first say that we appreciate feedback as it allows us to grow and improve as a company. That said, the best and most constructive feedback is honest feedback. Please allow us to address your concerns below.

With regards to the concrete floor, you were presented with 2 options. The 1st and more costly of which was that we could rip out the whole garage floor and pour an entirely new floor. The 2nd and less expensive option was that we could pour a 5 inch layer of concrete on top of the existing floor to enhance and preserve its integrity, but with the caveat that it would likely develop hairline cracks which would be a cosmetic concern and not a functional one. You chose option 2. In 3 months we were called back to look at the hairline cracks which we had stated initially was a possibility having gone with the cheaper option of repair over replacement. You were offered two options to address this issue free of charge. The 1st was the cutting of four expansion joints and the 2nd was that we could epoxy the floor. You chose the epoxy. Regarding the overlay of interlock on your existing concrete patio and your concerns with drainage, the issue was your eavestrough which was causing undue and excessive water accumulation. Though not an issue of our creation, and again one which we had expressed as a concern from the outset, we offered you a solution free of charge. We value our clients and aim to assist them wherever possible. Sadly, you were unhappy with the timeline we gave you.

We appreciate your business but we are very disappointed by the dishonesty of your review.

Warm Regards

LT Integrity.

I would give them less than one star if I could. In May, they billed us the wrong amount for a new furnace and took out the money from our Mastercard account. To date we have called them SEVEN times over two months!!! Nothing happens even though everyone we talk to agrees we are owed over $1200. More buck passing and promises but no actual refund. If you deal with them be very aware they are not interested in solving billing problems unless you owe them money. We have the contract, and they billed us the wrong amount. It should be simple. As well, they contacted us a month after the installation to book the installation again. We had to explain that it was already installed. Horrible experience all round.

Jamie and his assistant did a great job repairing some holes in our ceiling left after some plumbing work, and applying a smooth coating to cover the old stippled ceilings in our living and dining room. They look wonderful! Both Jamie and Adrian were dependable, careful professionals, who left our rooms looking immaculate. We would use them again.
