Yes, this was the deck from hell. And yes, I give Ollivierre 5 stars and would recommend in a heart beat. This deck brought just about every challenge you can imagine from structure issues, material shortages and quality, subcontractor hell, etc. Despite the many challenges, Kari and his crew were 100% dedicated to quality and a finished project that we would be happy with. Kari raised issues with us promptly and straight on. He battled suppliers on our behalf and held them to the same high standard of quality and workmanship he asked of his crew. The deck took significantly longer to complete that we could have ever imagined but we're thrilled with the end product and looking forward many many years enjoying it. The experience has probably meant Kari will never do another composite deck but if you're looking for wood deck or fencing I would highly recommend Kari and Ollivierre!!

The deck did give a lot of challenges along the way as we had lots of factors that wasn't in our control.
Working with existing footing, dealing with composite suppliers that just couldn't get an order right and railing supplier issues.On the positive note the deck turned out beautiful and We couldn't ask for better clients to deal with on this difficult project. Very understanding and easy to work with.
