Last summer we purchased a duplex in the tuxedo area and we needed the home inspected to complete the purchase as per the conditions of our contract. We chose to hire Randy, the owner and operator of Mr. Home Inspections due to his high qualifications and certifications listed on his website. He was incredibly punctual, and thorough with his inspection. He is well equipped with the proper tools to give an accurate and trustworthy inspection. All the suggestions that he gave were well presented and easy to understand why he was giving these suggestions. After he was complete I had the full confidence that our new home met the standards which I expected and we were able to complete the transaction. The inspection itself took around 2 hours and he really went over everything...it was great. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone who is looking to get their home inspected, and he also makes himself available if you have any questions or are seeking advice regarding the condition of your home.

Chris and his team at Platinum Pro painting did an amazing job painting our home. Our experience with Platinum Pro was pleasant right from the start. When starting this project, we contacted 3 different companies for estimates and Chris was easily the most pleasant and friendly of all people who came to quote the job...and to make things even better, Platinum Pro ended up being the most affordable! This was a welcome surprise as I was expecting them to be much more pricey considering his professionalism and friendliness during our initial meeting. As for the work, the crew was very accommodating, we arranged to have them start at 7am so we could chat with them before we left for work, and they showed up punctually at that time for the duration of the job. This was a very convenient arrangement as we got to communicate daily regarding the progress of the project and any questions or concerns we had were addressed each morning before we left for work. All members of the crew were very professional and the quality of work was top notch. The only issue that occurred was they received a bad batch of paint from their supplier, which of course was not of any fault of the crew, but to make things right they upgraded us to their highest premium quality paint at no extra cost! The project was completed in roughly 3.5 days, ahead of the estimated 4-5 days Chris had initially estimated, which is quite impressive since our house had a lot of rooms with vaulted ceilings and some walls in our staircase that are roughly 20' high. We had almost every thing in the house painted, including closets and most ceilings and the quality on every surface was great. After the job, Chris contacted us and ensured we were pleased with the final product. He even arranged to send someone back to our place to touch up a couple spots where we changed some light fixtures at no extra cost...This level of service was head and shoulders above what I expected from professional painters. As long as Chris and his crews are running the show at Platinum Pro painters they will have all my professional painting business in the future.

We first visited Sheila's Window Toppers late last year just to browse around as we were preparing to have all of our windows replaced at our house and wanted to get a feel for what the blinds we wanted were going to cost. From this first trip, Sheila was VERY helpful and provided us a quote based on the window spec sheet provided by the window installation company. Based on the great service alone we decided right then that we would be going to Sheila when it came time to buy our blinds. Fast forward to February, we had completed the installation of our windows and were ready to get our blinds so we returned back to Sheila's for a consultation. This time we were helped by Amanda who was just as helpful as Sheila and gave us the low down on all the differences between the styles/brands we were looking at and had answers for all of our questions. We booked an appointment for a measurement and after Amanda visited our place we decided on some faux wood blinds from Hunter Douglas which they had on special for around 50% off...which was a great deal...they placed the order and the blinds actually came in sooner than expected which was nice. When it came time for the install Amanda came by the house with their other installer exactly at the time they said they would and had the blinds for all 20 windows installed in around 2 hours. They were very tidy and well organized and left no disturbance to our house once they were finished. They demo'd how to properly operate the blinds and answered any remaining questions we had in the friendly manner they had throughout our entire experience. We've been doing a lot of renovations around our home and have dealt with all kinds of contractors/installers and I must say the folks at Sheila's Window Toppers were top notch. I would gladly recommend them to anyone, especially with the great deals they have every now and then that add incredible value to awesome customer service.

Damien from Air Supply was fantastic. We did a quick walk through of the house and then he went to work. He spent a solid 4 hours cleaning the ducts/furnace and made sure everything was really well done. He even hooked me up with a little discount and gave me a freebie central vacuum cleaning free of charge because he was a little bit late for our appointment. You can tell he takes pride in his work and how he runs his business.

Thanks for the compliment Rob, you're an all-star. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up. I'm always glad to make up for it if a customer is inconvenienced in any way. Adding a central vac cleaning to a duct cleaning is always recommended. Often the unit gets ignored and is rarely cleaned or even emptied. I have the equipment to clean it, and I make it affordable.
