DO NOT USE THIS HOME INSPECTOR!!! I purchased a house based on his inspection and it turned out that there was vermiculite (attic insulation which contains asbestos) in my attic. This insulation was easily visible and anyone would know just by looking at it what it was. I found out because i'm trying to sell my house and had it inspected by a buyer's home inspector and it was easily detected. Now what...yup, have to spend $11,000 to remove it. If you chose to use this guy be prepared to pay the price. Sincerely, Guy who got screwed
