Great service. They showed up a half an hour early and got to work right away. I had a truck and a half of furniture and boxes, including a dishwasher, dressers, storage units, a microwave oven, a big couch, and a queen sized bed and mattress - all had to be up moved three flights of stairs up and out. They did it fast, without any incident, and the price was right. They are not a franchise so their prices are less and their service is to notch. I would use them again -- and certainly recommend them.

Joe came the very next morning after I called around 5 pm the previous day and replaced the heater in my Inglis (Samsung) dryer. All is now good. I learned a lot by watching him work and can appreciate his 40 years of experience. There is no way I could have known what to do, what to check, and how to replace the heater safely myself. Joe explained everything and made sure everything was working before he left. He really knows his stuff. This is the second time I have used Joe (he fixed my gas oven) and would recommend him to anyone.

Expensive but professional. I was hoping it was going to cost a whole lot less for the installation of a new faucet and valves. I purchased the tap online and figured it was going to be a snap to install. It took Cameron about three hours in total (removing the old one, installing cut-off valves). I'm not so happy with the cost, but happy with the work and service. I have had huge plumbing bills (replacing old clay pipe etc) over the last year. No getting away from it, good plumbing is essential but astronomically expensive.

Thanks for the feed back, we work hard to provide exceptional plumbing service in a timely manor. Licensed professionals do come at a cost, but as you mentioned it is reflected in the work/service.

I was not impressed with their service. I stood at the front of the customer line in their office for over 45 minutes before being served, and then had to negotiate delivery on 3/4 of a ton of stone. Rather than apologize the employee serving me gave me a long list of the things she was juggling. Before that I spent 15 minutes wandering around in their yard looking for someone to help me. Perhaps they have so much business from contractors that walk-ins are just a nuisance for them. Or perhaps they don't need to care how they treat customers. As you can tell, I'm not impressed with their customer service.

Skylights Unlimited replaced two old large skylight windows and re-shingled my roof. Very professional and courteous service, competitive pricing, and the final installation and roof work looks superb. I'm very pleased.
