Forgot to shingle beside the dormer, needed to come back after a phone call. No face to face follow up as committed,warranty finally mailed out. An issue with final payment compared to original quote.

I don't recall any of this Ray.. Perhaps the install was not yet complete. We never forget to install shingles.. occasionally we are short materials & need to return to finish. As the owner I am on each & every job several times throughout the course of the installation, so if we did not meet face to face, then Im sorry, but it was because you were not available.. As for the original quote or contract price.. It is exactly as quoted with the exception of any plywood that may have needed to be changed. This is always a plus, the quoted price.
