Couple of days ago my daly routine turned into a stress when i got home and noticed our whole basement was holding about 2 inches of water. So while we were trying to find a plumber before it even gets worst my husband remind himself that our friend John used Drain Target previously and was very happy with the results. So we called Drain Target and in about half an hour Stephen was waiting by the front door fully equipped , he is truly an expert in this job. Within the next 20 minutes the water was released and he showed us the problem on a camera, it turned out that our whole pipe was full of tree roots so we had no choice but to replace it. We are also very happy with Drain Target as they gave us a very reasonable price, they do a good job replacing the pipes, throughout the whole 3 days process we always used water over night and partially during the day and also they didn't charge us for the Stephen's previous snaking job as well as we recetived a rebate from the city for a backwater valve. Thank you Stephen and team for all great work I will recommend you to everyone I know.
