The whole process was quick and easy and well explained by Mark once I explained my situation in a rental unit where carpet stretching was required. On the move out date of my tenants I unexpectedly also found out there was a small burn mark in one of the bedrooms that needed fixing asap. The next day Technician Jason arrived promptly and he took care of a 3 year buckle in the carpet that desperately needed stretching. From that stretch he was able to produce enough carpet to very quickly fix the burn mark and no need to cut from elsewhere- the repair was seamless and you would never know there was a burn to begin with. Rental property in Kitchener; had a small job of installing a backsplash. Ray was quick to reply to my service request and also sent me pictures of some past work. Within a few days we booked a date and this past weekend he installed the backsplash and then did the grout work the next day. He was quick, fair in the pricing, and highlighted some recommendations. After a renovation project in the home and the doors constantly being opened, we noticed 1 too many spiders in the house for our liking. Moe was great and came fast after I called. He explained the whole process of spraying inside and outside the home. He is reasonable in price, and a delight to deal with. He is super nice and very professional. Fuad was great! He responded promptly and came over within 90 mins of the call. He diagnosed the situation, fix the issue and cleaned out dishwasher, levelled it properly too. He also tightened the fridge handles. He is polite, professional and I would highly recommend him!

Alex came by today to clean ducts after a Reno project. He was thorough and professional, and walked me through the whole process before starting. He also took great care with the hose as he went from room to room. Alex is friendly, respectful, and all round did a great job, when it’s needed again I will have him back. Mike was prompt, courteous and professional. He installed a motion sensor light, repaired 4 post lights, added a pot light plus 3 torch lights, and fixed all my walk way lights 12 and fixed all wiring for lights around pool. The was an all day job and Mike was great! I will have him back again for other items in the near future.
