I communicated with Performance Services via messaging and the company answered my messages instantly. The service men were well mannered and respected social distancing. They set to work efficiently and cleaned all my eves troughs on my two storey home within an hour. Next they started washing the windows and made them sparkle. The windows took one hour. They were efficient, thorough and focused on the task.

We are very pleased with the three bathroom renovations. The master bath was a major reno with new sinks, counter, heated floors, toilet, lighting and accessible shower. It is beautiful! The main bath just needed new lighting, sinks and counters. The powder room had minor updates and new paint. The crew were pleasant and easy to have in our home for the duration of the work. Paul was very accessible and responded to our requests in a professional manner. They were delayed in starting the project as they were very busy! It took longer than we expected but the quality of the work was excellent!

The team of Jay, Peter and Ellis were excellent. Installation was done professionally and completed in half a day. Operation of the HRV was explained fully and all the mess cleaned up. We would highly recommend Abbey Air. Very pleased with the sales consultant Devon Williams who made a follow-up visit after the installation to make sure everything went well. Thank you.
