Seva came to our house to quote us for built in shelves and required a deposit of $700. A few days after his visit, he cashed our cheque but did not plan to start the job until at least 6 weeks later! The job was getting very delayed so we cancelled as the timelines were not working for us anymore and contacting him was becoming very difficult. He ended up giving us only 40% of our money back! Kept over $400 for a job that was never started or finished!! Very unprofessional and untrustworthy!
