Our front loading washing machine was not draining water properly and took extra spin cycles to clear it out. We called Fix Appliances and they were excellent to deal with. We got a call back over the weekend to book the appointment and they followed up just before to confirm. Dima was the technician and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through his analysis and what he found and outlined options for the repair. We ended up replacing the pump since we had everything open and we really don't want to have the machine dumped in a landfill needlessly. Dima was great to deal with-tidy, explained all the options. Would certainly recommend and call back for other appliance needs.

Mr Hasan (Sr Service Tech) responded to our call for assistance when our furnace died. Parts were not in stock with the manufacturer and he and Cosmopolitan chased down solutions for us. The end result is the parts were found and we have heat again! Things we appreciated: *Cosmopolitan was very good at keeping us in the loop and providing options to solve our situation. *Mr Hasan was excellent, not only in diagnosing the issue, but also accommodating our schedule and making the install as quickly as possible. He's a true gentleman!

I called RCA for some help with old and damaged eaves. They came quickly to quote, were easy to work with to book and they showed up when they said they would. I cam home early to check the work, and they were tidying up and left the space very clean. Nicely done guys!
