We have been using 416 So-Clean for almost a decade and always happy with Adel's company's service and the results! In our experience all employees are polite and accommodating and we were lucky to be able to schedule this year's cleaning at short notice. Covid safety protocols were carefully followed. We have paid for product still in the Argyle store which is going to be sold off by the land lord so we are out what we paid for the flooring!!!!!

I truly lucked out when I contacted Pesticon and spoke to the owner, Waheed Ahmed. We should have called him a year earlier instead of trying to deal with the problem ourselves. (We had acquired cockroaches that came in on contents from an estate.) Not only did we think the cost reasonable but Waheed was able to arrive soon after I spoke to him and was very professional & pleasant. In very little time Waheed carefully explained what he was going to do & use and was done. He was very thorough and we haven't seen any sign of the roaches in over a year. Now I am going to call him about our carpenter ant problem! Thanks again Waheed!
