Akram at Pest Solution Services did a fantastic job. He came in after 2 other companies failed. He took the time to do a much more complete inspection - not just to make sure there were indeed bedbugs, but to make sure he found the central source of the reinfestation. He completely dismantled the bedframe to find every possible hiding place and treat it. he took the time, he paid attention to the details, and he SOLVED the problem. He was also much more detailed and knowledgeable about the bugs. I was impressed by the intelligence, knowledge and skill that went into the treatment, and above all, Akram's DEDICATION to the job. Very comforting in the distress of an infestation.

John Pierson of Inside Job helped me get all set up in my new place. He replaced fixtures, installed an air-conditioner, put up shelves and blinds, painted, put up ceiling fans and did all the stuff that needed doing. I found John to be personable, patient and professional. I had lots of decisions to make about how I wanted to set things up. He was flexible about changes and offered some excellent suggestions. The person who recommended him to me said he was 'a good communicator' - absolutely. A really nice person to work with, and I'm very happy with the results. And his price was very reasonable. I will certainly ask for his help in the future.

I rented moving plastic moving boxes from this company. they were useful to have, and the people who delivered them and picked them up were courteous and nice. I also attempted to book my move with this company, but then had to switch to a different company. I found the person I dealt with on the phone was very difficult for me to communicate with, and their procedure for booking the move was cumbersome and inconvenient. The move needs to be booked for an exact number of hours committed in advance, and it is not always possible to predict exactly how long a move will take. I was looking for convenience, and wasted a lot of time on the phone and email trying to arrange this move before giving up and switching to another, less expensive company. However, I do think the actual employees who do the moves (based on my experience with the moving boxes) are good people.

Very knowledgeable, took very good care of my carpets. service was courteous. They picked up and delivered the carpets on time, and they did a very good job. I was very happy with the service. It was also really nice to talk with someone who immediately knew the age and origin of each carpet, and understood their value.

This was the best moving experience I've had, and I have moved many times over the years. The guys worked really hard, and fast. They put a lot of energy into the move. My previous move cost me quite a bit more for approximately the same amount of stuff, so I was impressed. their pricing is good, and they were pros. I will certainly use this company again.
