R. Melendez in East york

I Was Given Anthony's name (I believe his is the owner of Greystone) by a very good friend of mine. Getting a quote from Anthony was not difficult at all. He answered our calls quickly and provided us with quotes for two projects we had. Although we were not impressed with the workmanship (meaning installation of the products) the focus of this review is just on one of them. We purchased a fireplace from him to repaint it as the colour we needed was different than the original. Well, since then, the paint on the fireplace has been peeling off it. I have a very strong feeling that this fireplace was never primed prior to adding the new colour. They came to our house a couple of times but not without numerous (and I say numerous) phone calls. The fire place is again peeling off in a few areas and it has been a constant struggle for someone to get back to us. This is the third time with this issue of the paint peeling off the fireplace (in different sections) and it has now been two months and we have not been successful at getting someone to at least give us a call back. Buyers beware, if you decide to purchase anything from this company, do your research first, don't take my word for it. I am just making you aware that if you have any issues after you have paid for the product, you will not be able to get anyone to call you back.
