From the responsive and courteous service of Dmitri to the professionalism and quality craftsmanship of Alex and team, the Galaxy gang is an impressive, no non-sense company that swiftly delivers what it promises. No aggressive sales tactics, just a straight up honest business that honours it's commitments with fair pricing to boot! There was a bit of a hiccup on the first install day as the team discovered a small dent on the product. I appreciated the upfront honesty and they did reschedule the install promptly after the holidays. Alex and his partner did an amazing job installing the doors and making sure the details were tight (and I'm pretty picky) and well integrated into the outside brick, inside moulding, and floor. My wife and I could not be any more pleased with the service and product we received. Our kids were wondering why we were smiling and staring at our new doors for so long! :) Fantastic job gents.

After leaving a voicemail, I received a call from Nick the very same day to arrange for the install. He was polite, upfront, and thorough about all aspects of the job before pricing out. What I particularly appreciated is how he took on other separate tasks (minor cabinetry, plumbing of sink, etc.) in order to have all appliances installed and fully functional. All plumbing, electrical, and gas lines were installed neatly in the basement. All appliances were perfectly levelled and centred. He even managed to get our stove to sit right against the wall... wife really appreciated that. Nick did a fantastic job with our appliances and we'll make sure to use/refer his services in the future.

From initial contact to clean-up, the HotWire team did a fantastic job of setting and exceeding my expectations. Hanna (their front office quarterback) is extremely responsive and is a pleasure to work with. The crew arrived bright and early and started work before I even arrived on site. They were extremely thorough and made sure that I was comfortable with all aspects of the job. I had my doubts that they would complete all the work in one day.... but in the end, this team hauled a$$ and delivered a quality product. Bottomline, I will only call this team for any electrical needs in the future. Hopefully they can keep up this level of quality, professionalism, and value as they grow.
