Had them spray twice, only for our problem to get worse. Then he refused to spray a 3rd time cause we have too much stuff, yet they sprayed the 1st 2 times without a problem. We even brought stuff to storage this 3rd spray (not even 2 months after original 2 sprays), to clear more area and hopefully eradicate this problem. They were caught on hidden cam one time spraying nothing but his own boots, and a second time not even spraying anything but a couch, and was not even in apt for more then 2 mins both times. This conman has been on contract in our building for 5 years, and this problem has never been dealt with fully to date. They will spray 4 apt's out of 8 on each floor, so they just move to the apt's that were not sprayed. I tend to believe strongly that he has been in contact with far too many chemicals himself and u will too if u ever meet him. Guy even has nerve to say that anything we try to use to combat problem just hinders his work and effort. that crushed coral (diatomaceous earth) on base boards and floor near walls and corners nulls the residual effects of his spray, yet moping that same area the next few days does not??? i call B.S Buddy, the fact alone that u lock in buildings with a contract proves u never intend to get rid of any of their pests totally or u would b out a job in said building! U would never work with same building again if u could do your job right the first time. Not only that, but every other pest control guys give a guarantee. BEWARE PEOPLE!!! I have not found one dead bug in my apt ever, yet in first day of using DE, i found dead bugs in the powder next morning. Crushed coral is non toxic and so many seem to swear by it on the internet, i know not to believe everything we read on the good old web, but it claims u can even add pesticides to it (like his sprays), to double the killing power and i have seen more positive effect from it than Gray Owl Pest Control. So IF PEST CONTROL COMPANIES DON'T OFFER U A GUARANTEE, KEEP LOOKING TILL U FIND ONE THAT DOES!!! This is a health hazard physically & mentally like his website states, yet he has the gull or nerve to toy with someone's family like he had today, we have 2 young children who r 8 months and 2 years old and now also getting bit due to his arrogance and incompetence which is just totally unethical and truly unprofessional. I hope i never see u again!
