York West was recommended to me by Vern at Gazzola paving. He told me that they had the right equipment and people to do smaller driveways, or bigger jobs. He was right. I met Joe and Frank Barone, got a fair quote and a beautifully finished driveway/ parking lot. They gave me the thickness I required and paid attention to the details. They left the site clean. They use the best paving material supplied by Gazzola. The paving business has a bad reputation with a lot of fly by night operators. Use this company and you will be happy. Watching these guys work is like watching a formula one pit crew. Everyone knows their job and they do it well. They give value.

I spent the last three years of my life building a home in King. I dealt with over 40 trades and had good experiences with all of them except Shellshock Construction. Simon is the co-owner I dealt with. He has/had a builder partner named Micheal. The shell Simon constructed for me leaked. It took him months to repair after many many calls. He winterized his shell in November when it was below zero, after months of calls. He ruffed in a self cleaning floor system incorrectly. He ignored his obligation to finish the work telling his co-workers that I was not a priority. He increased his price, ignoring his own contract. I thought of suing him, but he already changed the company name. I asked him for an explanation for the $13,000 increase in cost? He said he made a mistake. In the end I had to finish the project myself and hire others to finish. It cost me 1/2 of what he was asking. If you want to be misled to, overcharged, ignored for 8 months and suffer from poor workmanship then Simon is your man.

Canamould designed and installed beautiful crown moulding and cove mouldings for lighting in seven rooms in my house including a barrel vault coffered ceiling which is very difficult to get perfect. We have been living in the house for some time and we only have a couple seams open up due to the lumber in the ceiling drying out. They came back and fixed it right away. Keep up the good work Neddo.

Evergreen sprinklers installed a large 30 zone system at my country home. They have the expertise, man power and equipment to get it done. The owners of the company work right along side there guys. There were a few leaks when they started up the system. They were back next day to look after them. You may save a few dollars going with a light weight company, but my experience tells me to go with the best the first time. Ask for Dino or Vic.
