Glass ninja was very helpful, responsive and offered many good ideas for my job. They have multiple methods of payment. The mirror was fabricated within the advised timeline and the installation was quick, clean and produced great results. Couldn't be happier with the mirror and the service from Glass Ninja. Would definitely use them again.

Had a new 77 inch tv installed at my condo. Contact was quick, helpful and professional and an install date was set for a date that was flexible but quick. Arrived on time and work was done to a very high standard. Tv was wall mounted to metal studs very securely and wires were concealed in a neat and organized manner. Very happy with the work and cost. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking to have a tv wall mounted and other related work done.

K5 was very helpful with a squirrel nest issue I was having. They came by very quickly, looked at the area, provided multiple options along with a preferred method to resolve and exact costs to fix within a very short time period. Very much appreciated as this kind of issue is time sensitive. Job was completed quickly, fully and left no mess. They even cleared the area of the extra leaves that had built up around it. Great Service at a very reasonable price.

Once the various items and services were agreed to, an appointment was setup for the work. They did their best to fit to my schedule allow for minimal disruption on my side. The work was completed quickly and all garbage was removed and I was left with a wonderful multi-media setup and a tidy condo. Can't ask for much more from a business. Alex provided clear and frequent communication as to arrival time. He was at my door exactly as advised. He took great care to make sure that the work he was going to do was clear to me and the cost known ahead of time. He was very thorough in his assessment and efficient in fixing the problem. Some parts needed replacing and this was done quickly. The job was done in under 1 hr and my place was left clean and dry. Appreciated the consideration Alex showed as he wore clean covers on his work boots, gloves and cleaned up the area after the work was completed. All around great experience. Improperly functioning fan coil unit in my condo. Sam came over at the agreed upon time during the 2 hr window stated when the appt was made. Assessed the unit and took great care to find the issue and the full and proper solution. Replaced the thermostat quickly and performed multiple checks to ensure the issue was resolved. Very professional all around. He even took the time to explain how the entire unit works and what to look for in the future. Of note the contractor my building gets to do a semi annual check on the fan coil diagnosed the issue incorrectly which would have resulted in wasted money had not Sam took a detailed further look. Really appreciate this type of high quality level and ethical service.
