The 5 star reviews are fake, and you can check for yourself by going to the BBB website. This company sent movers to my house who informed me that packaging fees were not included in my estimate which was true, however, Colin (the salesman who can talk you into anything) told me we would have free packing. Because it wasn’t on the contract he said we had to pay him $700.00 cash. We started taking off items because we couldn’t afford it, and he finally settled $350.00. The movers complained about having to do such a small job and then made sure we knew they worked off tips which seems more likely where our $350.00 went. They made us seem like just small hick folk from Michigan! No, we aren’t celebrities but we still expect to be treated like human beings. The only reason we paid them the cash is because we had to be in Florida for my husband’s job and 5 people can’t fit in a Uhaul, we were literally screwed if this company fell through. This all took place in August and we still haven’t got out stuff back! It’s October! We’ve been sleeping on the floor for over a month - my kids still don’t have their school clothes. They keep telling us they will be calling us when it gets on the next available truck to Florida, but that has been a 3 week use answer. First they said our stuff was being stored in Florida, and they it was Chicago, and the last update is that it’s in Indianapolis! We originally agreed to this company because we thought it was going to Florida! I never agreed to have my stuff be sent to Indianapolis. They rarely answer the phone - we have to call from different numbers just to get them to pick up! When we filed a complaint with the BBB they called us that same day only to tell us what they have been telling us - sometime early next week except the last time they at least thanked us for our patience. I wouldn’t be so upset if they would have been clear about how long everything took, and the FULL price of EVERYTHING without hidden fees sprung at the last minute. Well, check the contract is all they say! Which one? They sent me 10 different ones trying to get the names and addresses correctly! Ugh, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I’m not the only one with this problem
