Paid the Owner of company to install my garage door and a new garage door opener on April 18th, 2011. On the April 26th, the door lift cable came off the door. I reached the owner by telephone on that day. He said he would get back to me in a couple of hours, 3 days later he has not called. All my other attempts to reach the Installer or Marley Entry Door System failed. I have tried their emergency number, the office number and no one returns the call
