Simply put, Roz is the best! She is professional, responsive and so very easy to work with. Her trades people are equally professional. Roz has very creative suggestions which she nicely blends with her client needs. We started off with the simple suggestion of a shelving unit and, thanks to Roz, ended up with a beautiful and functional wall to wall media unit which was made to accommodate my very outdated music collection, turntable and all. The unit also included a beautiful fireplace, lovely lighting, functionality and even storage. Roz coordinated everything in a timely manner and approved the project every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Roz for any design/decorating project. You can depend on Roz and her contractors to follow through and give you that "wow factor". Thanks so much Roz!!! I love it!!!

Moving is a very stressful time in someone's life and Cargo Cabbie made my move a very pleasant experience. Ryan and his team arrived on time, were professional and pleasant. This is the second time I've used Parker's for window cleaning. I can't say enough about their professionalism, pleasant staff and ease to deal with. They do a quality job and are fast and efficient. Parker's Window Cleaning and their employees are all extremely professional and a great organization to deal with. Shelley and Michael did a wonderful job on my very dirty windows, screens and tracks. They were so professional, friendly, pleasant and helpful, even going so far as to show me how to remove some problematic screens. All those windows and doors cleaned without one misplaced drop of water in the house. When they arrived, they immediately went about their work. They were so quiet, I hardly knew they were present. I have already recommended Parker's to a friend and give Parker's a 10 star review without hesitation. I will definitely be using their services again. I couldn't be more happy with their service, their professionalism and the finished product. Great job everyone!

David did an excellent job. He is reliable, prompt, pleasant to deal with and did an exceptional job in providing electronic equipment and setting it up. Everything was handled professionally and timely. David is very detail oriented right down to concealing wires and providing instruction. We recently purchased a new air conditioner and furnace from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. Sean Kesavan made the purchasing experience simple to understand and a very pleasant experience. Sean was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't try to oversell and didn't pressure. Timing for the installation was important to me and Convertible was able to accommodate our timing restrictions. The two installers were on time, pleasant to deal with and their cleanup was immaculate. It was such a pleasure to deal with all three representatives from Convertible. I'm sure our future relationship with Convertible through their warranty program will continue to be a good experience. I would highly recommend Convertible and plan to use their services in the future. I would also like to thank Sean and the installers (I apologize, I don't recall their names) for being so professional and for making the experience a pleasure. Thank you.

In May 2011, Henry Fresque installed in my home seven single interior doors, two sets of bifold doors, two sets of sliding doors as well as the associated hardware and door knobs. The installation was done very professionally and in a timely fashion. Also, Henry's price was very fair and he was very courteous in doing the work. Always he left our house in a very clean state after he was through for the day. There were a couple of minor adjustments which Henry willingly made to our complete satisfaction. At one point Henry noticed that our stairway handrail was a bit loose and took it upon himself to repair this without further additional cost to us. The handrail is now stronger than it has ever been. I recommend Henry's work to anyone and give him a 10 out of 10. Great work ..... thanks very much Henry.
