Took our deposit. Made a mess. Now won't return calls.
Sept 9, 2017 he collected a $5000 deposit, did half a day grading back yard, making a big pile of dirt in backyard, and dropping two loads of gravel in driveway. It is Nov 3, 2017, and we haven’t heard from him since. No response to email, and no response to our phone calls. Update Oct 2018: what a headache! I won in small claims court. But he won’t pay. Go elsewhere! Save yourself the grief! He walked away with 5 grand!
