Promised to build a structure in attic to walk around when doing the foam and then blown-in insulation as we have the heat exchanger for a/c in the attic. Put together a pathetic "structure" but did redo (somewhat better). However, they also knocked off a pipe going into the heat exchanger causing water damage to the ceiling. The owner, Jeff, came, out, admitted responsibility, and promised to pay for fixing and repainting the ceiling. We got the work done. That was a few years ago. He keeps promising to pay but so far nothing despite numerous reminders. Stephen talks nice and you want to believe him but we've had nothing but promises with no action. Don't trust these guys. The guys that did the work looked pretty sketching and their work was sketchy and the promises of the owners are worthless. Now we need to go to small claims court.... Stay away!

Very unhappy. We had the company come out to assess our dishwasher. We told them the lid (it is a Fisher and Paykel 2 drawer dishwasher) was not sealing properly. The service person who came out ($125) said it was the motors that pull down the lid and the seal was fine and that a quote would be sent out. The estimate came in a few days later - $140 for parts and a flat fee $230 for labor. So total repair was $422. That is pretty steep for a dishwasher but we were already $125 in so we agreed. When he installed the part the lid still leaked so then he said we also needed a new seal .... and he would get a quote, but the flat fee would cover the any labor to install the second part. We then got the quote - another $140 for parts and $89 for labor (we were told no more labor costs). Both served calls also charge an extra $11 in fuel charges. So for a 5 year old dishwasher they want a total of almost $700, $686.12 to be exact. It's maybe worth $1200 new so spending this kind of money would be ludicrous. We feel they did not diagnose the problem properly and fully the first time, they are charging a labor cost we were told would not be charged, and they add in fuel to an already high bill. We want the part removed and we will buy a new machine - they say they won't take it back. Stay away from this company - they will piecemeal soak you....
