I needed tile for a kitchen remodel. Micky was very helpful and knowledgeable, and worked within my budget. He was timely and took a lot of time to answer my questions, and even recommended a less expensive tile because it was better for what I was looking for. I would recommend him to friends.

I've had mixed experiences with knowledge levels of salespeople in Sears (and elsewhere). When I went to the Natick Sears on the tax-free weekend (when it was packed), Tom spent time with me reviewing my choices and has been helpful with my follow-up questions. He was great, and I'm glad I found him.
