The project was a deck filling a space split by a concrete divider and enclosed on two sides by retaining wall. Simon and his guys were easy to deal with from start to finish and delivered exactly what we wanted. Kudos to Todd for his attention to detail. Whenever there was a grey area they were in contact to make sure they had it right. The end product is exactly what we hoped it would be. This is our sixth property and we have had many contractors do work for us. Simon is one of only two contractors we have used that we would recommend to friends without reservation.
