I needed to install an instant water heater at my house, and reached out to a number of plumbing companies through the homestars. Some of them wanted me to fill out an online form before even speaking to me. Other companies said they are charging money for an estimate. Valentine was one of a few who responded in the old fashion way - he set up an appointment and came to see the scope of work, gave me an instant quote and did the job on the same day. I wish there were more companies like this who are professional, responsive and straight to the point!

He visited the house a few days later and provided me the quote and offered a few options to save me money. Then he came with a couple more guys and they spent a few hours fixing the line and testing. They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the quality and the cost.
