All of the jobs were completed by Reuben and Steven faster than I expected. They answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was satisfied with their work before leaving. My furnace recently stopped working all of a sudden...it would fire up but would not heat up my home. After reading their positive reviews, I contacted Cozy World and got an appointment right away. I dealt with Fred who quickly determined that the problem was due to a damaged blower motor. He replaced the motor, and my home has been nice and "cozy" ever since. Thank you, Fred!
