We have had Plumbers Direct do a number of jobs for us over the last year. We have been extremely happy with their service. Peter is always available by telephone and has been very prompt with booking timely appointments. As well, the technicians show up on time, are respectful, and get the work done efficiently. They have replaced pipes inside and outside the house, repaired toilet flappers, and changed shut-off valves. We will definitely continue to use Plumbers Direct in future.

I am ecstatic with the job that Mike did of landscaping our front yard. It had looked horrible since we moved in five years ago. Last year, a City tree was removed and the retaining wall that faced the street was knocked down so we were forced to do the work this spring. He came up with a design that is beyond our expectations and the workmanship looks superb. Mike started and finished the job when he said he would and charged a fair price for his work. Now that our front yard looks so good we are sorry we didn’t do the work sooner.

Matthew was professional, courteous, on time and did a great job of cleaning light coloured carpets that we had been trying to get clean for years using various products with no success. From now on we will turn to 416-So-Clean to get those stubborn stains out of our carpets. \highly recommended!
