He was instantly available to discuss the scope of work and provided us with his recommendations as to scope changes. Called Foam Factor because of their reviews on homestars. Andrew was very helpful with tips on preparing our crawlspace for insulation and the different options we had. Crew arrived on time and was very professional to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering spray foam.

After getting three quotes for supply of a new air conditioning unit we settled on Cambridge, due to price (by far the best price for a Lennox unit). Installers came on schedule but performance was weak overall. They didn't have all of the parts they needed and had to leave for an hour during the middle of the day; I had to run the new thremostat wire for them as they just wanted to sell me a remote controll unit. Caulking was very amatuer at best with obvious air gaps and they did not clean up after themselves at all. I took a bunch of photos and sent them to my sales guy (Jibran) who had the installers come back. The Installer did a basic clean up of his preivous mistakes and left again, leaving me to do the final clean up. Overall, while the price was good, and the air conidtioner worked fine, the workmanship was substandard.

We received quotes from 3 different movers, including We-Haul and two larger moving companies. Both of the larger moving companies estimated our move at $1250+++. They also recommended 3-4 movers to do it in one day. We-Haul gave us a per-hour price and said that they would only use two movers. When we asked about 2 vs 3 movers Andy told us that the third person is inefficient and you don't get the value for them Based on the Homestars reviews we went with Andy and were very satisfied. They completed the job in about 6 hrs total (only moved a few blocks) for about half of the cost of the quotes from the other two compaines. No damage, great to work with, and great price highly recommended!
