Chris responded immediately to my call and and gave me a quote on the phone. Two days later he showed up on time to do the job. He is extremely efficient and meticulous and did an excellent job routing everything optimally in my unfinished basement, so it can be finished later on. Clearly from turning the gas off, to determining routing, tagging and splicing and installing fixtures is second nature to this person who has 36 years of HVAC experience. The price he quoted was exactly what he charged and I am extremely pleased I called him. I had another cheaper quote, but the person did not discuss using a stainless steel gas line which is a premium over copper, and was reticent in some of his answers, so I did not use him.

Paul and his associate did a fabulous job of routing 3 new Ethernet Cat 6 plenum cable drops from my router in the loft, to my Family Room across the house on another floor and to the basement to get rid of wireless interference from neighbours. Being a "bungaloft" home the rooms are not aligned between floors and windows etc. makes the situation complex. Right from the time of the estimate to job completion, they were courteous, competent and skilled and did an absolutely excellent job of the three cable drops. They were neatly nested and labeled and professionally installed with wall plates allowing for flexibility to move equipment. Equally importantly they were very reasonably priced, making for a very pleased customer in myself. I am in my sixties and I can recall only three contractors that exceeded my expectations - all the way from Thornhill to Hamilton. Simply put, the owner-operator businesses know their stuff, and far exceed in personal customer service the large do not care over priced businesses. Thank you Paul & Joe.
