Refrigerator not working properly
Our 8 year old fridge was forming ice crystals over the contents in the bottom freezer part of our fridge and the top of the refrigerator wasn't keeping food cool. Phoned DP Service and Dragon immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave us a quote, said he'd be there within a couple of hours and would phone 1/2 hour before arriving. Arrived exactly when he said he would, was efficient, professional at explaining the problem and installed a new control panel kit in less than 2 hours. Said our fridge should last another 10 years . Extremely knowledgeable, did a fantastic repair job at a good price. Highly recommend his workmanship. Thanks Patricia & Chad
